As we set up a flexible plan at the first meeting and tailor each session to your individual needs, we continue to learn more about your challenges and how we can solve them one by one. My approach focuses on healing the mind, body, and spirit, promoting your overall well-being and personal growth by providing a safe and compassionate space for you so you can explore your emotions and overcome your challenges bit by bit. At TLC Therapy, we believe in the power of self-discovery and self-care, guiding you on your journey to a more fulfilling life. Counselling sessions are available 50 min or 90min.
